Management Training Program


At New Legacy Acquisitions, we promote from within based on merit, not seniority. We encourage our team to step out of their comfort zones in order to learn and grow at an accelerated pace. We create a supportive team environment, in which many are able to advance to management positions within six to nine months. All management training begins with lessons in marketing, teaching, training, developing other team members and mastering the back-end of business operations. This program includes a mentorship aspect, in which our team members are able to build lasting relationships with successful leaders within our company.

Familiarizing yourself with our clients' brands is the initial phase of our management training program. You will learn how to professionally represent our clients based on their campaign goals and marketing objectives. This role is concentrated on customer service and communication skills.
Corporate Trainers are responsible for training and developing others. In this position, you will receive all of your managerial training before moving on to learning office operations. You will begin building the relationships that sustain our business.
Assistant Managers take on a more "behind-the-scenes" role. The Assistant Manager will start their training in basic business operations: how to do payroll, interview potential employees, budgeting and P&L statements, as well as some brand management. The most important aspect of the Assistant Manager is planning on expansion with our Fortune 500 clients.
The Director of Operations is fully responsible for all digital and campaign marketing. They oversee all other positions and are uniquely critical to maintaining the relationships between our company, clients, and customers. The primary objective of the Director of Operations position is systematic longevity: continually delivering results year after year while continuing to grow within the company.
